My God, the floor in my house is freezing.. I can hardly walk on it.. need socks at least… and the Norwegians are oh so scathing of carpets… “Oh We´re in carpetland” my wife says the minute we step off the plane to England…Why? because they look horrible? Thats just the design, Swiss chalet style Norwegian Houses look horrible too… its the design! They are MEANT to look like that! Some carpets are fine, simple, comfortable, and… warm!
“Oh, carpets… ugh… they are so unhygienic…”
Well all I can say is.. no one ever caught the fucking flu from a carpet!

Im not allowed any carpets either ;( I have to admit I even like wall to wall carpet in bathrooms, and when I mentioned this to my girlfriend she said I was a sick man. I have a suggestion: Go to Teppeland and ask to have a sample of your favorite carpet. Buy some slippers and line these with the carpet. Voila, you’ve got your own portable carpet. Feels like the real deal.
